Become What You Are features 10 songs I wrote this past year as well as a song I wish I'd have written titled Impossible Weight by Jessica Dobson and Jennifer Decilveo.

The past few years I've spent a lot of time in the forest and on the beach...both of which inspire deep reflection and contemplation. I don't know why at a young age I felt called to follow the road I've been on, but something called, and I followed. I'm glad I did because it has led me all across the world and introduced me to so many friends that I never would have had the privilege of knowing otherwise.

The subject matter on this album celebrates the beautiful mysteries and fascinating wonders of life and is similar to those conversations which sometimes take place late at night around a campfire or on a long drive. I've had many of these discussions with people from all walks of life and parts of the world, but this is the first time I've put those ideas and feelings into music. I am really proud of this collection of songs and hope it stirs something inside and inspires you.
